Choose CHIDas for street food vibes and bedtime stories from around the world. Open from 1pm – 1am, it\u2019s full of character and authentic cocktails. You could easily head to this joint alone; the bartenders are super friendly and the right amount of mezcal will unlock deep and meaningful conversations with the wicker cactus plant.

Head here for an impromptu evening well spent, whether you\u2019re with friends, a date or your Grandma. Bathrooms are extra AF, lighting\u2019s neon noir and if the board games don\u2019t entertain you until 3am, the pornstar martinis will.

For good cocktails and good conversation guaranteed, Paradise Lost is an island favourite where drinks flow until late and \u2018more is more\u2019. It\u2019s as though the Christmas decor every year didn\u2019t get taken down, but continues to be topped up, kitsch cocktail umbrellas pop up on every other drink and the dress code can be as outlandish as you\u2019d like – you\u2019ll fit right in no matter what.<\/span><\/p>\n

This bar is here to prove that the art of mixology is very much alive, which a shake-off taking places every few minutes. You ask and they\u2019ll create – the more random the better. Drinks are made with flames, flair and more, and served in glasses and mugs of sorts. Extra points awarded for the bar\u2019s efforts to contribute towards helping the planet.<\/span><\/p>\n
