Add dates to a blender, begin blending.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> Slowly add the milk (to ensure it does not overflow the blender)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span oil\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">250g maple syrup or maple style syrup\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">75g sunflower seeds<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">45g sesame seeds<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">75g pumpkin seeds<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">200g flaked almonds<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>METHOD<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1.Mix maple syrup and oil in bowl then add the oats and mix<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">2.Bake on a lined baking tray until golden brown and crunchy\u00a0(around 15-20 minutes) at 150c<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">3.Add all the rest of the \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">300g sieved plain flour \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">10g bicarbonate soda<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">425g caster sugar\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">215g beaten eggs<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">9g ground cinnamon<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>And then add:<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">395g grated carrot<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">100g crushed walnuts<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>For the icing\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Mix together ingredients below in a bowl and set in a fridge<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">200g softened butter<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">150g sieved icing sugar<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">200g cream cheese<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1 tbsp matcha powder (optional for green icing)\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>METHOD<\/b><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> \u00a0 Preheat the oven to 150\/160c\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Line a round cake tin with baking paper (approx. 24cm)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Add the ingredients to the cake tin and cook for around 40 \u2013 45 minutes or until it feels firm and is cooked in the middle (check with a knife)\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">When the carrot cake has cooled down completely, take the icing from the fridge and spread with on top of the cake with a pallete knife\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Dust with icing sugar (using a sieve)\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><b>EASY SWEETCORN FRITTERS<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" height=\"630\" \/><\/p>\n<p><b>INGREDIENTS\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">300g sweetcorn<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">3\u00a0spring onions very finely chopped<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">3 free-range eggs\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">30ml milk\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">75g plain flour\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">vegetable oil for frying<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1 tsp salt and 1tsp freshly ground black pepper\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>METHOD<\/b><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Add the sweetcorn and spring onions in a bowl, beat the eggs with the milk then add this to the corn.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Add the flour and stir to make a batter, then add the salt and pepper.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Add the oil to a large frying pan, heat and then add 2-3 heaped tablespoons of mixture per fritter and make a roundish circle, fry on each side for a couple of minutes until light brown on each side<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Place the fritters onto tissue paper to remove any excess oil<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> Serve with smashed avocado and poached eggs, the perfect combo!\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><b>PROTEIN PANCAKES<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone  wp-image-279797\" cup\u00a0oats<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1\u00a0banana<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">2\u00a0eggs<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1\/2 cup\u00a0egg whites<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">4 teaspoons baking powder<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Pinch of salt<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Pinch of cinnamon<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>METHOD<\/b><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> Blend the ingredients together until it forms a batter<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> Put a tablespoon of oil in a non-stick pan and heat medium high.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> Add batter in small circles, about 1\/4 cup per pancake.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> When the edges start to look dry and cooked, around 2-3 minutes, flip and cook another minute or two on the other side.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Top with anything you like, we used peanut butter and berry compote to make our \u2018Peanut butter and jam pancakes\u2019 on our
