Hemos trabajado muy duro para adaptar nuestro modelo de negocio y as\u00ed facilitar que nuestro maravilloso lugar coexista dentro de la situaci\u00f3n actual y as\u00ed puedas disfrutar de una experiencia diurna al aire libre sin dejar de lado la salud y la seguridad. We are fully in compliance with recommendations from local health officials and have implemented multiple safety and hygiene policies so you can enjoy your day with confidence knowing we have your safety in our highest priority.<\/p>\n

All of our protocols and measures have been approved by a specialist risk assessment company (OLKA) as well as on site emergency staff doctors to ensure the highest of safety, sanitation, food handling and employee training standards.<\/p>\n

Todos nuestros protocolos y medidas han sido aprobados por una empresa especialista en evaluaci\u00f3n de riesgos (OLKA), asi como por m\u00e9dicos de EMERGENCY STAFF para garantizar los m\u00e1s altos est\u00e1ndares de seguridad, higiene, manejo de alimentos y capacitaci\u00f3n de los empleados.<\/p>\n

OUR TEAM\u00a0<\/b><\/h1>\n

We pride ourselves on our amazing team who are not only there to ensure you enjoy your day to the optimum but they are also fully committed to creating a safe environment for you, their colleagues and themselves. As part of our health and safety programme our staff on a daily basis are required to enter the venue through a disinfectant mist spray and a mandatory temperature check point which is taken and recorded each day before their shift\u00a0<\/span>and they will wear a government regulated mask at all times.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Our team will only change in to their uniform once inside of the venue to ensure no outside contamination.<\/p>\n

In addition a company decision was made to ensure each member of staff was given a covid test to confirm a negative result before beginning their contract and they have all attended training from specialist doctors.<\/span><\/p>\n

NUESTRO EQUIPO<\/b><\/h1>\n

Estamos muy orgullosos de nuestro equipo que no solo est\u00e1 all\u00ed para garantizar que disfrutes de tu d\u00eda al m\u00e1ximo, sino que tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1 totalmente comprometido a crear un ambiente seguro para todos. Como parte de nuestro sistema de prevenci\u00f3n y seguridad, nuestro personal tiene que entrar en el recinto diariamente a trav\u00e9s de una arco pulverizaro de desinfectante y un punto de control de temperatura obligatorio que se toma y registra cada d\u00eda antes de su turno. Adem\u00e1s, usar\u00e1n una m\u00e1scara regulada por el gobierno en todo momento.<\/span><\/p>\n

Nuestro equipo s\u00f3lo se cambiar\u00e1 de uniforme una vez dentro del lugar para garantizar que no haya contaminaci\u00f3n externa.<\/span><\/p>\n

Adem\u00e1s, la compa\u00f1\u00eda tom\u00f3 la decisi\u00f3n de que cada miembro del personal se sometiera a la\u00a0 prueba del COVID previamente a su reincorporaci\u00f3n de trabajo para garantizar la seguridad de todos.

VENUE<\/b><\/h1>\n

We are fully complying with current government rules and regulations regarding capacity. This regulation means guests must have an advanced bed or restaurant reservation to be able to enter the venue. We have reconfigured the placement of all reserved beds and areas to provide safe social distancing patterns and you can enjoy your day without a worry.<\/span><\/p>\n

Although sometimes you may feel the urge to dance but let\u2019s keep things sensible this year and enjoy some relaxing times on a bed with waiter service instead as there will also be no bar service.<\/span><\/p>\n

There will also be hand sanitisers distributed across the venue to enable you and our staff to keep your hands nice and clean throughout the day.<\/span><\/p>\n

RECINTO<\/b><\/h1>\n

Cumplimos plenamente con las normas y reglamentaciones gubernamentales actuales con respecto al aforo. Esta regulaci\u00f3n significa que los clientes deben tener una reserva anticipada de cama o restaurante para poder ingresar al lugar. Hemos reconfigurado la ubicaci\u00f3n de todas las camas y \u00e1reas reservadas para proporcionar patrones seguros de distanciamiento social y que puedas disfrutar de tu d\u00eda sin preocupaciones.<\/span><\/p>\n

Disfruta de estos momentos relaj\u00e1ndote en la cama con el servicio de camareros directo a tu cama ya que tampoco habr\u00e1 servicio de bar e intenta ayudarnos a cumplir las normas, no bailes.<\/span><\/p>\n

Tambi\u00e9n habr\u00e1 desinfectantes para manos distribuidos en todo el recinto para que tanto tu como nuestro personal pod\u00e1is mantener tus manos limpias y agradables durante todo el d\u00eda.<\/span><\/p>\n

CLEANING AND HYGIENE<\/b><\/h1>\n

The venue will have a greater frequency of cleaning on a daily basis with a specific focus on the toilets which will be disinfected on an hourly basis.<\/span><\/p>\n

The internal areas of the venue will be disinfected every night with an ozone cannon after the doors close.<\/span><\/p>\n

Food utensils will be cleaned at 80 degrees and towels and bed covers will all be washed at 60 degrees.<\/span><\/p>\n

LIMPIEZA E HIGIENE<\/b><\/h1>\n

El recinto tendr\u00e1 una mayor frecuencia de limpieza a diario con un enfoque espec\u00edfico en los inodoros, los cuales se desinfectar\u00e1n cada hora.<\/p>\n

Todas las instalaciones cerradas ser\u00e1n desinfectadas cada noche con un ca\u00f1\u00f3n de ozono despu\u00e9s de que se cierren las puertas.<\/span><\/p>\n

Asimismo, los utensilios de comida como cuberteria o vajillas es Lavada a 80 grados;<\/span><\/p>\n

Y cubrecamas o toallas a 60 grados.<\/span><\/p>\n

RESTAURANT AND WAITER SERVICE\u00a0<\/b><\/h1>\n

Our restaurant and bed service will still be operating our incredible Mediterranean fusion food and drinks menu but with several safety measures in place.<\/span><\/p>\n

  • We will only be laying the table once you have been seated<\/span><\/li>\n
  • There has been a removal of any unnecessary decorative elements to eliminate cross contamination.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Menus will now be digital via a QR code or for those that still prefer a physical menu we also have one use options available.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • To limit cash handling we are offering contactless payment systems throughout the venue.<\/span><\/span>\"\"<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    RESTAURANTE Y SERVICIO DE CAMARERO<\/b><\/h1>\n

    Nuestro servicio de restaurante y cama seguir\u00e1 operando con normalidad y ofreciendo nuestro incre\u00edble men\u00fa de comidas y bebidas con estilo mediterr\u00e1neo respetando las siguientes medidas de seguridad:<\/span><\/p>\n

    • Solo prepararemos la mesa una vez que te hayas sentado<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Se ha eliminado cualquier elemento decorativo innecesario para eliminar la contaminaci\u00f3n cruzada.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Los men\u00fas ahora ser\u00e1n digitales; a trav\u00e9s de un c\u00f3digo QR que encontrar\u00e1 en las mesas o para aquellos que a\u00fan prefieren un men\u00fa f\u00edsico desechable.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Para limitar el manejo de efectivo, ofrecemos sistemas de pago sin contacto en todo el lugar.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      POOL<\/b><\/h1>\n

      Our pool is kept at recommended and necessary standards of chlorine and bromine to ensure elimination of bacteria and viruses. We will also be ensuring the necessary capacity levels for the pool of 75% will be adhered to and will be managed by a lifeguard at all times.<\/span><\/p>\n

      PISCINA<\/b><\/h1>\n

      Nuestra piscina se mantiene con los est\u00e1ndares recomendados y necesarios de cloro y bromo para garantizar la eliminaci\u00f3n de bacterias y virus. Tambi\u00e9n nos aseguraremos de que se cumplan los niveles respectivos para la piscina. La capacidadad de esta se ha visto reducida en un 75% que ser\u00e1 controlada por nuestros socorristas<\/p>\n

      NEW TEMPO EVENTS<\/b><\/h1>\n

      To ensure we can still provide you a beautiful venue underneath the Mediterranean sunshine we have had to make some temporary changes to the tempo of our events.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

      You will still find your favourite brands providing some of their signature sounds on our daily calendar but please be aware that this will be at a very different version to what you are used to. 2020 is a summer where we all need to take the opportunity to unwind, relax and enjoy some of the simpler things and we hope that you understand why we need to act responsibly by providing a new slower style of event.<\/span><\/p>\n

      Seguiras encontrando encontrando tus marcas favoritas con sus DJ, pero por favor ten en cuenta que ser\u00e1 una versi\u00f3n muy reducida de lo que normalmente sol\u00eda ser. El verano de 2020 nos brinda una oportunidad que debemos aprovechar para descansar, relajarse y disfrutar de lo que nos rodea.<\/span><\/p>\n

      WHAT YOU SHOULD BE DOING\u00a0<\/b><\/h1>\n

      Now we\u2019ve talked about us, let\u2019s talk about you! It\u2019s nice to be nice but it\u2019s also important to be sensible so please ensure you are sticking to the regulations that are set.<\/span><\/p>\n

      • It is mandatory to carry a mask at all times in Spain and if you forget yours don\u2019t worry we\u2019ve got you covered and will provide medical grade standard masks for you.<\/span><\/li>\n
      • We will require for you to enter through our mandatory disinfectant mist spray before we allow you in to the venue.<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Please make sure you frequently wash your hands \u2013 for your own protection as well as others.<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Please refrain from standing up and moving around too much as this is considered as a risk in these current times so we urge you to remain seated at your beds as much as you can and please remember in Spain it is necessary to keep a 1.5 metre distance from other groups.<\/span><\/span>\"\"<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Ahora que hemos hablado de nosotros, \u00a1hablemos de ti! <\/span>Es importante ser sensato y amable, as\u00ed que aseg\u00farate de cumplir con las normas establecidas.<\/span><\/p>\n

        • Recuerda que en Espa\u00f1a es obligatorio llevar la mascarilla en todo momento, pero si se te olvida la tuya, no te preocupes, ofrecemos mascarillas quir\u00fargicas a nuestros clientes.<\/span><\/li>\n
        • Te pediremos que pases a trav\u00e9s de nuestro aerosol desinfectante obligatorio antes de permitirte entrar en las instalaciones.<\/span><\/li>\n
