Just when you thought you knew all the hotspots in Ibiza, the island surprises you with something new. New for summer 2021, these little spots are made to delight your senses and <\/span>make you crave that holiday to Ibiza even more.

Ibeefa Burger<\/h2>\n

The West End has a new burger joint and we think you\u2019re going to love it. Inspired by the Ibiza music scene, Ibeefa burger is kitted out with iconic party posters, disco mirror tiles and even has decks.<\/span><\/p>\n

Every item on the menu has been carefully curated, for carnivores and vegans alike, and inspired by a superstar DJ from Peggy Moo\u2019s milkshakes to Hot Mince 82.<\/span><\/p>\n

We dare you to take on the #eatseverything challenge: don a limited edition disco ball helmet and eat a platter of burgers from the menu in a certain amount of time to be in with a chance to win prizes!<\/span><\/p>\n

The Fishery<\/span><\/h2>\n

The Fishery is Eivissa\u2019s newest little spot for seafood made with love. It\u2019s located, quite rightly, in <\/span>Marina Botafoch (neighbouring the yachts) and has a<\/span> creative, sustainable and ethical ethos (their straws are made from avocado!)<\/span><\/p>\n

Expect a creative seafood menu: think wild bluefin tuna burgers with wasabi mayo, salmon tartare and of course good old fish and chips, with a twist.<\/span><\/p>\n

Tip: head to The Fishery on Thursdays for live music. A crowd pleasing duo sing a myriad of tunes with flair while also complementing with the sax and piano. The ambience is brilliant.<\/span><\/p>\n

Papaduk Ibiza

There\u2019s a new place in town: it\u2019s decadent, has a perfume \u2018bar\u2019 and smells really good.<\/span>
\n<\/span>
\n<\/span>Papaduk is a fragrance concept store made for the discerning nose. For the first time on the island there\u2019s a dedicated destination for you to pick up a Dipytique candle or a Byredo eau de perfume with connoisseurs on hand to help you pick the right one for you.<\/span>
\n<\/span>
\n<\/span>Will you choose something oriental, gourmand, woody, floral, fruity or fresh?<\/span><\/p>\n

Caf\u00e9 Caleta

Directly next door to our favourite Mexican haunt in Santa Eulalia, Taco Paco, you\u2019ll find a new cocktail bar Caf\u00e9 Caleta: an ode to the craftsmanship of cocktails. For cocktails old and new, made properly – THIS is the place to head to.<\/span><\/p>\n

The name honours the one cocktail made in Ibiza: the Caf\u00e9 Caleta. It\u2019s an old fishermen recipe from Ibiza which for a long time has been a type of coffee drunk to warm them up before heading out to the sea.<\/span><\/p>\n

It\u2019s made with brandy, cinnamon, lemon, orange, and coffee beans. Nowadays everyone puts their own twists on the recipe but it\u2019s said that the original owners of the Sa Caleta restaurant were the ones who invented it.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Design District<\/h2>\n

A host of new boutiques will be popping up this summer near Marina Botafoch, one of THE places to eat, drink, be seen and now shop.<\/span><\/p>\n

Not too far from trendy restaurants including STK, Lio, Roto and Grand Cappuccino, Eivissa already plays host to Dolce & Gabbana, Dior, Tag Heuer and many of your other favourite designer brands.<\/span><\/p>\n

Soon we will have something of a design district, with stores including Off-White, Louis Vuitton, Saint Laurent, Burberry set to open sometime around June.<\/p>\n

Melbourne Street Coffee<\/h2>\n

For proper coffee, Aussie style, hit up Melbourne Street Coffee in San Antonio. <\/span>
\n<\/span>
\n<\/span>In their words, it\u2019s the vibe\u2026 It\u2019s the feeling\u2026 It\u2019s the TLC that Australians put into their coffee. From the milk temperature and frothing technique, to the shot pour and machine maintenance. Every last part about making your coffee the best it can possibly be, is coffee the Australian way.<\/span><\/p>\n

This little pick-up place is open from 7am everyday so you can get your espresso, latte or tea nice and early (or super late?)<\/span><\/p>\n
