How can I book O Beach Ibiza?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can book beds and dance floor tickets via our Events Calendar<\/span><\/a>. We also work with selected third-party ticket sellers such as Ibiza Spotlight and Ibiza Club Tickets. If you\u2019d prefer to talk to a human before you buy, give our reservations team a call directly on 0034 971 34 03 36 or email reservations@obeachibiza.com<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n

We\u2019re celebrating an occasion, how can I make things more special?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We offer a selection of celebration packages to bring extra sparkle to your day. They change slightly year-on-year, and for summer 2024 they\u2019ll be available to view and book from April onwards. It takes us time to arrange personalised celebration packages to perfection, so please email sales@obeachibiza.com<\/span> seven days before your visit for guaranteed delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We understand that some great ideas come at the 11th hour, so if you didn\u2019t manage to organise a package in advance just speak to your host on arrival at the venue. If you\u2019d like to send a thoughtful gesture from afar, give our reservations team a call and they can help you organise this, sending a payment link via email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Celebration packages are ONLY available guests with a bed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n

Can you explain the cover charge\/min spend?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Absolutely! When you book a bed at O Beach Ibiza, the total amount chargeable includes:

The cover charge<\/strong>
This is your entry fee, plus the cost of hiring the bed for the day.

The minimum spend<\/strong>
Think of this like a tab that can be used to purchase food and drink. You can redeem minimum spend on drinks packages too, but not celebration packages\u2014those are charged separately.

The service charge<\/strong>
This is divided between all of our wonderful staff, who each contribute to making your experience iconic.
It\u2019s always discretionary but always appreciated and we always try to go the extra mile for you all.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n

Can I get on the guestlist?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nice try! The O Beach Ibiza guestlist operates on internal referrals ONLY\u2014the DJ\u2019s Mom, for example.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Do you have gluten-free food options?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yes we do! Please email reservations@obeachibiza.com <\/span>for a copy of our menu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n

Which event is the best one to attend?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Every single one of our parties is fabulous. As a testament to this, we have guests who choose to come back a few times a summer to experience different events\u2014if you\u2019re able to do it, don\u2019t think twice and join on different dates.

What are your opening\/arrival times?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our doors open at 1pm.

If you have a bed booking with us, get down before 3pm. If you don\u2019t and haven\u2019t contacted us with an estimated time of arrival, we\u2019ll assume you couldn\u2019t make it and we might resell your bed. 

Our queue can lengthen quickly, and on busy days waiting times can be long, so we\u2019d recommend arriving as early as possible. Spend less time standing in line, and more time partying poolside.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n

If I have a bed booking, can extra friends join me by purchasing dance floor tickets?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

All you dance floor ticket holders are invited (and expected) to enjoy your day to the max, but your ticket won\u2019t allow you to add on to a bed. All of our beds and tables are made to suit a specified number of guests, you see.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Good to know: <\/strong>Our individual sun loungers are suitable for a maximum of 1 person\u2014make sure you book the right number of loungers to accommodate each person in your group. For example, if you\u2019re coming with two friends (three guests attending in total), then book three separate loungers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n

I\u2019m buying a dance floor ticket, will there be somewhere to sit?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We designed our venue with all-day dancing in mind, including a pool to refresh in. There\u2019s no dedicated seating for dance floor ticket holders but we do have a small selection of spaces you can perch. Most sun-seekers tend to sit around the edge of the pool, just watch out for the sprinklers!

Our restaurant was recently refurbished and comes with comfy seating. If you book a restaurant table<\/span><\/a> ahead of arrival, you’ll pay a \u20ac25 deposit and commit to a \u20ac50pp minimum spend. We recommend booking in advance, but we know some plans are last-minute so we\u2019ll make room for you as quickly as we can\u2014reservation or not.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n

Can I buy a VIP wristband?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our VIP section is a pretty special place so it\u2019s natural that everybody wants in, but only those with a VIP bed booking can access the area.

What happens if it rains on the day of my booking?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We party on!

Beautiful Ibiza gives us over 300 days of sunshine but rain is inevitable a few times during summer. If there\u2019s a downpour in the morning, our team channels plenty of positive energy and fully unites for a little sunshine dance\u2014this works almost every time and the sky usually clears by the afternoon. On the few occasions they don\u2019t, the club will still open and it\u2019s business as usual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our DJs will play uplifting music, our waiting staff will keep the food and drink coming and the atmosphere will be memorable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

No rain, no rainbow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n

Can I wear a veil\/matching accessories with my friends?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Itinerary planners listen closely because we have a strict policy in place around fancy dress: please don\u2019t wear it.

Cue the exception\u2026 Anyone with a cowboy or captain hat featuring \u2018Bride\u2019 will be welcomed with open arms alongside other guests, but veils, sashes, crowns, badges, inflatables and slogan tops\/swimsuits\/speedos won\u2019t make it past our Door Host. Face and body paint won\u2019t either, but a little glitter never hurt anybody!
We\u2019ll kindly ask you to remove unaccepted accessories and look after them until you\u2019re ready to leave.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We recognise the urge for something a little \u2018extra\u2019 when on holiday, but rules are rules! Instead, immerse yourself in our shows and find joy in the incredible costumes our performers wear.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n
