Well our Executive Chef Luciano Scardaccione Fox has let us in on a couple of his recipes so that you can recreate O Beach Ibiza\u00b4s most popular dishes in the comfort of your own home!<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left\">Goats Cheese Salad<\/h3>\n<p><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-350  alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/obi-cc.theloyaltyco.app\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/05\/9S7B8848-1-200x300-1.jpg\" alt=\"9S7B8848 (1)\" width=\"344\" height=\"515\" \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You will need;<br \/>\n&#8211; 100g Goats cheese (sliced)<br \/>\n&#8211; 3x leaves Phylo pastry<br \/>\n&#8211; 10g Butter<br \/>\n&#8211; 80g Rocket<br \/>\n&#8211; 10g Red currants<br \/>\n&#8211; 10cc Olive oil<br \/>\n&#8211; 10cc Vinegar<\/p>\n<p>First you need to cut the goats cheese with a wet fine knife and then cut the philo pastry in square pieces.<\/p>\n<p>Cover the pastry with butter and close it like a serviette.<\/p>\n<p>Cover them once again with butter and cook it at 200 degrees until brown, and leave to cool for 10 mins.<br \/>\nMeanwhile \u00a0get a bowl with a generous amount of rocket, add salt, pepper, balsamic vinegar and olive oil (in this order). Mix it up and add the red currants.<\/p>\n<p>Serve and put the goats cheese on top. And enjoy<\/p>\n<h3>Lemon Mousse<\/h3>\n<p>You will need;<a href=\"https:\/\/obi-cc.theloyaltyco.app\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/05\/lemon-mousse.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"  wp-image-361 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/obi-cc.theloyaltyco.app\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/05\/lemon-mousse-300x209-1.png\" alt=\"lemon mousse\" width=\"399\" height=\"277\" \/><br \/>\n<\/a><span style=\"color: #500050\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Lberation serif', serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><span style=\"color: #555555\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, 'sans serif'\">&#8211; 200cc Milk<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 Vanilla Stick<br \/>\n&#8211; 4 Egg Yolks<br \/>\n&#8211; 40g Sugar<br \/>\n&#8211; 2x Lemons<br \/>\n&#8211; 3x Jelly Strips<br \/>\n&#8211; 200cc Cream (Semi)<br \/>\n&#8211; 3x Egg Whites<br \/>\n-. 20g Sugar<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Mix the milk with the sugar at a medium temperature approx 70 degrees. (Do not boil)<br \/>\nAdd the vanilla stick and the 4 yolks.<br \/>\nHydrate the lemon jelly with the lemon juice, once its hydrated add it to the yolk mix and take off the heat.<br \/>\nTake the egg white and sugar and whisk to make the meringue\u00a0.<br \/>\nMix the cream with the yolk and mix very carefully.
