They know exactly how they want to look and they would love to have that&#8230; yesterday.<br \/>\nUnfortunately the brutal truth is there is no magic pill and to get results you need to put \u00a0blood, sweat and tears into your quest. And complaining kinda goes hand in hand with the training.<br \/>\nso Here are the 7 that crack me up every time I hear them.<\/h5>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: center\"><\/h5>\n<blockquote>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: center\">#1\u00a0How many&#8230;?!!!<\/h5>\n<p>AS YOU CAN IMAGINE SOME PEOPLE LOVE TO STALL TIME! ALWAYS AFTER THE EXPLANATION OF THE EXERCISE, THE NUMBER OF SETS AND REPETITIONS ARE CLEARLY EXPLAINED. THE MOMENT\u00a0THEY NEED TO START, THE QUESTION POPS UP&#8230;HOW MANY?!! But if you want to get some results then you need to work for it! Some people start asking this even after just 25 minutes of training. No, I am so sorry to say that you still have 30 more minutes.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"font-size: small\">#4 It is way too early for me to train&#8230;<\/span><\/h5>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: center\">Yes, ok not everybody is a morning person. Some people are more the type that like to train in the afternoon. But when you&#8217;ve made your choice, accept your faith and just kick ass..:)<\/h5>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: center\"><\/h5>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: center\"><\/h5>\n<blockquote>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"font-size: small\">#5 but i only had\u00a03 hours of sleep&#8230;<\/span><\/h5>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: center\"><\/h5>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: center\">Yes, we live in Ibiza. And that means dance until you drop! There is no thing such I can&#8217;t, only I do or I do not. In the heat of the moment some people just lash\u00a0out on you. I am always more than happy to accept the challenge.
